Txhawm rau tiv thaiv corrosion ntawm stainless-steel cylinder rods, ntau yam kev ntsuas tau zoo.
Ua ntej, kev tu kom zoo yog qhov tseem ceeb. Tsis tu ncua tshem cov av, roj, thiab lwm yam kab mob los ntawm tus pas nrig qhov chaw yog qhov tseem ceeb heev. Cov tshuaj no tuaj yeem ntes cov dej noo thiab tshuaj lom neeg, uas tuaj yeem pib ua cov txheej txheem corrosion. Piv txwv li, siv cov tshuaj ntxuav me me thiab cov ntaub mos muag los so tus pas nrig tuaj yeem pab ua kom nws qhov chaw huv si. Hauv cov chaw tsim khoom, cov txheej txheem tu kom zoo dua tuaj yeem siv cov kuab tshuaj los yog chav ntxuav.
Qhov thib ob, kev kho mob passivation yog ib qho kev tiv thaiv tseem ceeb. Passivation tsim ib txheej tiv thaiv oxide nyob rau saum npoo ntawm stainless-steel pas nrig. Cov txheej no txhim kho tus pas nrig lub ntuj corrosion - tsis kam. Cov txheej txheem feem ntau yog kho cov pas nrig nrog cov kua qaub, xws li nitric acid, kom tshem tawm cov hlau dawb lossis lwm yam kab mob ntawm qhov chaw thiab txhawb kev tsim cov yeeb yaj kiab ruaj khov.
Lwm qhov kev ntsuas tseem ceeb yog tswj hwm ib puag ncig. Tsis txhob raug cov tshuaj corrosive thiab cov av noo heev yog qhov tseem ceeb. Yog hais tias tus pas nrig yog siv nyob rau hauv ib qho chaw corrosive-nrhiav, xws li cov nroj tsuag tshuaj, siv ib tug tiv thaiv enclosure los yog txheej yuav muab ib tug ntxiv barrier. Piv txwv li, siv cov xim pleev xim los yog cov txheej txheem polymer tuaj yeem tiv thaiv tus pas nrig los ntawm cov khoom corrosive ib puag ncig.
Thaum kawg, kev cia khoom tsim nyog kuj tseem tsim nyog. Kev khaws cov stainless-steel cylinder rods nyob rau hauv ib tug qhuav thiab zoo-ventilated cheeb tsam yuav tiv thaiv tau ya raws ntawm corrosion. Thaum khaws cia, nws raug nquahu kom khaws cov rods sib cais kom tsis txhob muaj kev sib cuag-induced corrosion ntawm cov hlau sib txawv.
